Background: COVID-19 infection increases the need for physical restraint in acute care settings. 
 Objective: This study aims to examine nurses' knowledge, attitudes and practices regarding use of patients with COVID-19.
 Methods: descriptive was conducted using online self-report questionnaires distributed 285 intensive nurses. In data collection, “Nurses Information Form” “Level Knowledge, Attitude Practices Using Physical Restraint Scale Nurses” were used.
 Results: The mean score total scale nurses 76.11±9.21, knowledge 8.07±1.60, attitude 32.67±7.08, practice 35.36±3.66. It found that usage rates increased significantly compared pre-pandemic period (p
